  • Define homogeneous. Define isotropic.
  • If you put dots all over a balloon, then blow it up and watch the dots expand away from each other, do the dots each expand away from all the others at the same rate?
  • Where did the Big Bang take place?
  • What happens to the frequency of light when the source of the light moves away from the observer? toward?
  • Why is Edwin Hubble's name familiar?
  • Is anything on earth as hot as the sun? If so, what?
  • When two particles become bound to each other, what happens to the energy of the system?
