- Homework 1A is graded. The solutions are included in the graded papers. Homeworks are available at the discussions and my office, 4205 Chamberlin.
- Last call for any regrades you think you need. Instructions for regrading are on the yellow HW1A solution sheets.

- Homework 1B is due Wednesday, October 1.
- Homework 2A is due Wednesday, October 15.
- Follow the homework instructions!
Type everything except numerical, graphical, pictorial questions. It's OK to email me the group essays, one per group. Email it to bdurand@theory3.physics.wisc.edu, with copies to your other study partners. Just one per group.
exam coming up
- Exam 1 over Lecs 1-11, Problems 1-11 (sets 1A and 1B), Chapters 1-6, will be Tuesday night, October 7, from 7:15 until 9:15, but designed to take just an hour, in Room 1300 Sterling (or 1313 if you prefer a smaller room--be sure you have emailed me if you have a test-taking problem). Review Session Monday night October 6, 7:00-8:30. See Review Sheet 1, which will be up about Wed Oct 1, for details.
